Lunar New Year in Millbrae, CA

February 14–15, 2026 | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Millbrae kicked off Lunar New Year with a bang, literally. The celebration opened with traditional Chinese fireworks that echoed through the streets and instantly brought the crowd to life. The sharp crack of firecrackers set the tone for a weekend full of energy, culture, and community.

From 10 in the morning to 5 in the afternoon on both days, families filled the streets to celebrate. The dragon dance moved through the crowd with powerful drumbeats, kids watched in awe, and vendors lined the streets selling delicious food and unique merchandise, including us.

Day two brought cold weather and steady rain. It would have been easy to stay home, but the community showed up anyway. Umbrellas went up, jackets were zipped tight, and the celebration continued. That kind of support means everything.

One of the best parts for us was seeing familiar faces and returning customers. Some stopped by just to say hello. Others came back for their favorite scents. Those moments remind us why we love doing events like this.

Rain or shine, Millbrae showed up for Lunar New Year, and we are grateful to have been part of it.
