The Judges’ scores were 120-108, 120-107 and 119-108. All in favor of Pacman.
There were two official knock outs during the fight: First was when Manny knocked out Mosley in the third round and I believe this controversial call when Mosley pushed Manny and he fell. Push or not, it was counted as a knock out.

If you did not see the fight, it’s okay. It wasn’t great, the crowd booed at Mosley when he did not return punches against Manny.

I did not expect Mosley to not fight because when they were interviewing him, he keep saying that he is ready and he is fast. Also, his 3rd round knock out helped Manny control all of the rounds.
