I did a series about couch to half-marathon before but I failed.
I’ve been walking my dog for the past week around the neighborhood, which is a great start if I want to run a half-marathon. Today, I ran twice around the neighborhood with my dog.
It feels great running again. Last time I ran this much was when I was in high school and that was a decade ago.
Not only that, I’m motivated to run again and be healthy. I joined a group that can, hopefully, motivate me to run.
I’m going to restart my couch to half marathon series and document my progress here. We’ll see how this ends up. One thing that I can assure… I can win this!
